An incredible place to hang out, have a cup of coffee, work, or chill at night!
I came at 12.30pm, and experienced lots of sunlight at this hugely spacious cafe. Most of the work seats were taken, but I could still grab a seat at a coffee table for work.
The vegetarian brunch menu was great - I had the protein bowl and it was delicious, well-plated, and generously nutritious. It's something I can see myself eating again and again.
Staff was polite and courteous.

I very much enjoy the open space and decor here, the beautiful bar, floor with the tram tracks still in place and the palatial seating. They are a higher-end place than the surrounding area, but that means I can usually get a table or seat here at the bar.
I always went here as a tourist when I visited Amsterdam, especially on days when everything else was too crowded. I also loved going during the day to work. A little champagne late in the afternoon made it even nicer!
The food was amazing, tasty and we can notice the chef choose great combinations. I totally recommend.
Great spot! Burrata was great and so was the truffel risotto. Some of the food is a bit too basic for the price but nonetheless it’s nice. Atmosphere is great and quirky in a chique way and service is really friendly!
We were trying to get something to eat outside on the food court but was too crowded so decided to come inside the Kanarie club. It was a good thing as our food wrapped duck and kimchi burger really hit the spot. The young servers were friendly and do their jobs competently. Overall a good dining experience.
Need to keep an eye on the Kanarie Club! My partner and I are usually a bit apprehensive of vegetarian/vegan restaurants because they leave us hungry. But the food here is amazing. The chef created a new menu that launched in April 2023, so tasty, delicious, fulfilling, and locally-sourced - great for the belly and the planet 🌱😊 The atmosphere is also nice. The location is airy and light, very summery and enjoyable. Looking forward to coming back, highly recommended!
